Youth Ministries

Nursery.  Nursery is available during both church services.  We offer an infant nursery as well as a toddler nursery.

Sunday School. Children 3 years old to 4th grade gather to learn the great truths of the Bible. The children memorize Scripture, listen to Bible stories, sing and construct crafts. The aim of Sunday School is to teach a foundational knowledge of biblical truth on which the children will be able to build as they grow and mature. Sundays in September through May from 11:00 – 11:45 a.m.

Catechism.
Students in 5th through 12th grade are introduced to and instructed in basic biblical truths through the study of the Heidelberg Catechism. The Catechism faithfully summarizes the fundamental teachings of Scripture with a warm, personal approach. Students memorize parts of Scripture and the Catechism, and participate in group discussion. Students are encouraged to make these biblical truths their own and apply them in their daily lives. Sundays in September through May from 11:00 – 11:45 a.m.

High School Youth Group. This youth group emphasizes the importance of faith and fellowship. Evening activities include Bible study, food and group games. Members participate in an array of projects and events, including an annual retreat.  They meet the third Sunday of the month from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.  Also a member of Reformed Youth Services (RYS).

Cadets. A Christ-centered ministry for young boys in 2nd through 8th grade, the Cadet program helps boys grow spiritually in all areas of life. The boys are challenged to achieve as they earn merit badges and participate in camping, hiking and sports. Bible lessons and practical applications of the truths of Scripture encourage the boys to become God-fearing young men. Second and fourth Wednesday of the month from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m.

Gems. A Christ-centered ministry that enables young girls in 2nd through 8th grade to interact to interact and be mentored by adult Christian women. Activities include singing, prayer, and Bible study. Merit badges are earned as the girls participate in crafts and service projects. The aim of Gems is to teach young girls about Jesus as their Savior and Lord. Second and fourth Wednesday of the month from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m.
